These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website studiolaurie.uk and the hairdressing services provided by LAUREN DOWSON HAIR LIMITED (trading as "Studio Laurie"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17032713.

2. Services We Provide
Studio Laurie provides professional hairdressing and hair treatment services, including but not limited to: haircuts, blow dries, hair colouring, highlights, balayage, bridal styling, and bond-building treatments.

3. How to Book
Appointments can be requested by:

Submitting a contact form does not guarantee an appointment. We will confirm your booking separately by email or phone.
4. Service Delivery
All services are delivered in person at our studio located at 11 Swan Street, Alcester, England, B49 5DP, during our published opening hours.
Service duration varies depending on the treatment. Approximate timings will be communicated when your appointment is confirmed.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash.
For bridal packages or services requiring a deposit, payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
7. Patch Test Requirement
A mandatory skin allergy test (patch test) is strictly required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service for all new clients, or if it has been over 6 months since your last colour appointment with us. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse a colour service if a valid patch test has not been completed.
8. Refund & Complaints Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the result of a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment:

We will assess your concern and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary correction appointment. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our discretion. Refunds for services already delivered are limited to the price paid for that specific service.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it through your local Citizens Advice Bureau or relevant consumer ombudsman.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take every reasonable care to deliver high-quality services. However, Studio Laurie's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of LAUREN DOWSON HAIR LIMITED and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
